These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of GameShieldZone, including our website, client dashboard, free game server hosting, premium game server hosting, marketplace templates, support system, billing system, and any related services.

By creating an account, ordering a service, using a free server, using a premium server, or accessing our website, you agree to follow these Terms of Service.
If you do not agree with these Terms, you must not use GameShieldZone.
1. Definitions
In these Terms:
“GameShieldZone”, “we”, “us”, or “our” means ILIA MIHAI-MARIAN PFA and the services operated under the GameShieldZone brand.
“User”, “customer”, “you”, or “your” means any person using our website, account system, free services, premium services, or support system.
“Services” means all hosting services, game servers, marketplace templates, control panel access, support, billing, and related features provided by GameShieldZone.
“Free services” means hosting services offered without payment, subject to stricter limits and availability.
“Premium services” means paid hosting services with higher limits, better resources, and additional features based on the selected plan.
2. Account eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use GameShieldZone.
By using our website or services, you confirm that you meet the minimum age requirement and that you are allowed to use online services under the laws applicable to you.
If you are under the legal age required to enter into a contract in your country, you must use our services only with permission from a parent or legal guardian.
3. Account responsibility
You are responsible for keeping your account secure.
You must use accurate account information and keep your email address up to date.
You are responsible for all actions made through your account, including orders, server activity, uploaded files, support tickets, and any activity performed by users who access your account or servers.
You must not share your account with unauthorized persons.
You must contact us immediately if you believe your account, email, password, server, or access credentials have been compromised.
We are not responsible for damage, data loss, abuse, or charges caused by unauthorized access resulting from weak passwords, shared credentials, compromised devices, or user negligence.
4. Multiple accounts and free service abuse
You are not allowed to create multiple accounts to bypass free service limits, resource limits, waiting times, server limits, suspension rules, or any other restriction.
You are not allowed to use fake information, temporary emails, bots, scripts, proxies, VPN abuse, or automated systems to create accounts or claim free services.
Free service abuse may result in account suspension, service deletion, IP blocking, email blocking, or permanent removal from the platform.
We may refuse free services to any user if we believe the system is being abused.
5. Free services
GameShieldZone may offer free game server hosting as a community service.
Free services are provided with limited resources and lower priority than premium services.
Free services may include limits on CPU, RAM, disk, databases, backups, slots, server uptime, queue priority, support priority, available games, and available templates.
Free servers may include promotional content, branding, advertisements, or other visibility requirements.
You must not remove required GameShieldZone branding, advertisements, hostname text, or promotional elements from free services where such elements are required.
Free services are provided as available. We do not guarantee permanent availability, uninterrupted uptime, reserved resources, permanent storage, or long-term access for free services.
We may suspend, restart, limit, delete, or disable free servers that are inactive, unused, abused, overloaded, or used against these Terms.
6. Premium services
Premium services are paid services that include improved resources, additional features, and priority support depending on the selected plan.
Premium services are activated after successful payment, unless manual review, fraud checks, technical provisioning, or additional verification is required.
Premium plans may include higher CPU, RAM, disk, slots, databases, backups, priority support, and access to premium marketplace templates.
Premium services remain subject to fair usage rules, security rules, and acceptable use rules.
Purchasing a premium service does not allow illegal activity, abuse, attacks, spam, malware, copyright infringement, or actions that harm our infrastructure or other users.
7. Service availability
We aim to provide stable and reliable hosting services, but we do not guarantee that the services will always be online, error-free, uninterrupted, or available in every location.
Downtime may occur because of maintenance, updates, attacks, hardware issues, software bugs, network problems, third-party provider issues, emergency fixes, abuse investigations, or events outside our control.
We may perform maintenance with or without prior notice when needed for security, stability, performance, or service improvement.
Free services do not include any uptime guarantee.
Premium services do not include a Service Level Agreement unless a separate written agreement clearly states otherwise.
8. Fair usage
All services must be used fairly and within the limits of the selected plan.
You must not use excessive CPU, RAM, disk, network, database, backup, or process resources in a way that affects other users or the stability of our infrastructure.
We may apply limits, restarts, throttling, migration, suspension, or termination if a service causes overload, instability, abuse reports, network issues, or operational risk.
“Unlimited” or high-limit features, where offered, are still subject to fair usage, technical limitations, and abuse prevention.
You must not attempt to bypass technical limits, exploit bugs, manipulate the billing system, modify resource restrictions, or use automated systems to consume resources unfairly.
9. Acceptable use
You may only use GameShieldZone for lawful game server hosting and related activities.
You must not use our services for:
Illegal content or illegal services
DDoS attacks, stress testing, booters, or network attacks
Malware, viruses, trojans, botnets, backdoors, or malicious scripts
Phishing, scams, fraud, impersonation, or credential theft
Spam, mass messaging, or unsolicited advertising
Copyright infringement, piracy, leaked software, or stolen content
Hosting stolen databases, private data, or doxxing content
Cryptocurrency mining without written permission
Port scanning, vulnerability scanning, or unauthorized testing
Proxy services, tunneling, VPN abuse, or traffic relay abuse
Bypassing game bans, platform restrictions, or anti-cheat systems
Abusing free services or creating automated free servers
Harassment, threats, hate content, or harmful behavior
Activity that damages our infrastructure, reputation, users, partners, or providers
We may suspend or terminate services involved in prohibited activity without prior notice.
10. Security and abuse investigations
We reserve the right to investigate suspicious activity, abuse reports, security alerts, fraud signals, payment disputes, malware reports, network attacks, or violations of these Terms.
During an investigation, we may suspend access, disable services, limit server activity, preserve logs, review account data, or contact relevant providers or authorities when legally required.
We may take immediate action without prior notice if the activity creates security risk, legal risk, operational risk, financial risk, or harm to other users.
11. User content
You are responsible for all content stored, uploaded, installed, or executed through your services.
This includes files, plugins, mods, worlds, maps, scripts, configurations, databases, backups, server names, descriptions, and any content uploaded by you or your server users.
You must have the legal right to use all content hosted on your service.
We do not claim ownership of your uploaded content.
However, you allow us to access, store, copy, move, scan, back up, transmit, or process your content when necessary to provide the service, perform support, maintain security, investigate abuse, comply with legal obligations, or protect our infrastructure.
We may remove or restrict content that violates these Terms, applicable law, third-party rights, or provider policies.
12. Plugins, mods, scripts, and custom files
GameShieldZone may allow users to install plugins, mods, scripts, custom jars, server files, configurations, or marketplace templates.
You are responsible for ensuring that custom content is safe, legal, compatible, and properly configured.
We do not guarantee that third-party plugins, mods, custom files, or external scripts will work correctly.
We may refuse support for issues caused by third-party content, modified files, broken configurations, malicious uploads, unsupported software, or user changes.
If custom content causes instability, abuse, security risk, or high resource usage, we may suspend, limit, reset, or terminate the affected service.
13. Marketplace templates
Marketplace templates are provided to help users deploy game servers faster.
Templates may be free, premium, official, community-made, or provided by third parties.
We do our best to keep templates functional, but we do not guarantee that every template will always work with every game version, plugin, mod, or configuration.
Premium templates may require payment or an active premium plan.
We may update, remove, disable, rename, or modify templates at any time for security, compatibility, licensing, or operational reasons.
14. Backups and data responsibility
You are responsible for keeping your own backups of important files, worlds, databases, plugins, configurations, and server data.
GameShieldZone may provide backup features depending on the plan, but backups are not guaranteed unless explicitly stated in writing.
Backups may fail, expire, be overwritten, be deleted, or become unavailable.
We are not responsible for data loss caused by user actions, deleted files, broken plugins, misconfiguration, software bugs, non-payment, abuse suspension, service termination, hardware failure, attacks, third-party issues, or force majeure events.
If your service is suspended, terminated, expired, or deleted, your data may be permanently removed.
15. Inactive services
We may suspend or delete inactive services to protect resources and maintain platform stability.
Free services may be removed faster than premium services.
A service may be considered inactive if it has not been started, accessed, used, renewed, or maintained for a reasonable period.
We may send warnings before deletion, but we are not required to do so in every case.
Starting, renewing, or using a server may reset inactivity timers only if the system supports it.
16. Billing and payments
Premium services must be paid according to the price and billing period shown during checkout or inside the client dashboard.
You are responsible for paying invoices before the due date.
If an invoice is unpaid, the related service may be suspended, terminated, or deleted.
Payments may be handled by third-party payment processors. Their own terms and privacy policies may also apply.
We may refuse or manually review orders that appear suspicious, high-risk, fraudulent, or abusive.
We may change prices, features, plans, or billing rules at any time. Active services may continue until the end of the current billing period unless otherwise stated.
17. Refunds
You have 14 days from the date of purchase to request a refund.
Refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis and must be submitted by contacting our support team.
Because hosting services are digital services that may be activated immediately after payment, refunds are not guaranteed if the service has already been provisioned, used, renewed, upgraded, modified, or consumed.
We may refuse refunds for:
Services already delivered, activated, or used
Services renewed automatically or manually
Suspensions caused by Terms violations
Abuse, illegal activity, fraud, malware, spam, or attacks
User misconfiguration
Third-party plugin, mod, script, or template issues
Performance issues caused by user content or custom files
Setup fees, custom work, add-ons, upgrades, or special configurations
Resource usage already consumed during the active billing period
Chargebacks or payment disputes opened without contacting support first
Refund requests made after 14 days from the purchase date may be refused.
Approved refunds may be returned to the original payment method or added as account credit, depending on the situation, payment provider limitations, and our review decision.
Submitting a refund request does not guarantee approval.
18. Chargebacks and payment disputes
You must contact support before opening a chargeback or payment dispute.
If you open a chargeback, dispute, or payment reversal without contacting us first, we may immediately suspend your account and services while the matter is reviewed.
Accounts involved in fraudulent payments, repeated disputes, or abusive chargebacks may be permanently terminated.
We may deduct payment processor fees, dispute fees, or administrative costs where legally allowed.
19. Support
Support is provided through the official support channels available on our website or client dashboard.
We provide support for account issues, billing issues, provisioning issues, platform issues, and service-related problems.
We do not guarantee support for third-party plugins, custom scripts, external mods, cracked software, unsupported game versions, user-made configurations, or issues caused by user changes.
Premium users may receive priority support depending on the selected plan.
Support hours:
Monday - Saturday: 08:00 - 21:00 UTC
Sunday: 10:00 - 19:00 UTC
Outside these hours we may still respond, but no guaranteed response time applies.
20. Suspension and termination
We may suspend, restrict, delete, or terminate any account or service if we believe that:
You violated these Terms
You abused free services
You created multiple accounts to bypass limits
Your service caused attacks, spam, malware, or abuse
Your account was involved in fraud or chargebacks
Your service created security or operational risk
Your service used excessive resources
Your invoice was unpaid
Your account information was false or misleading
Your activity harmed GameShieldZone, our users, partners, providers, or reputation
In serious cases, we may suspend or terminate services without prior notice.
Suspension or termination for abuse, fraud, illegal activity, or Terms violations does not guarantee a refund.
21. Account deletion
You may request account deletion by contacting support.
Before deleting your account, you should download any important files, backups, invoices, or data.
Some data may be retained where required for tax, accounting, legal, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, security, or legitimate business purposes.
Account deletion may permanently remove access to your services, support history, stored files, and account data.
22. Intellectual property
GameShieldZone, including our name, logo, branding, website, interface, text, design, marketplace structure, and platform elements, belongs to ILIA MIHAI-MARIAN PFA or its licensors.
You may not copy, resell, reproduce, clone, modify, distribute, or use our branding or platform without permission.
You retain responsibility for content you upload to your own services, but you must have the right to use that content.
23. Third-party services
GameShieldZone may rely on third-party providers for infrastructure, payments, email delivery, DDoS protection, DNS, CDN, monitoring, software, and other technical services.
We are not responsible for downtime, errors, restrictions, fees, data loss, policy changes, or service interruptions caused by third-party providers.
Your use of third-party services may also be subject to their own terms, privacy policies, acceptable use policies, and legal requirements.
24. Legal compliance
You agree to use GameShieldZone in compliance with Romanian law, European Union law, and any laws applicable to your location and activity.
You are responsible for ensuring that your server content, community, users, plugins, mods, files, and activities comply with applicable laws.
We may cooperate with authorities, providers, payment processors, or rights holders when legally required or when necessary to protect our services.
25. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, GameShieldZone and ILIA MIHAI-MARIAN PFA are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages.
This includes, but is not limited to:
Loss of data
Loss of files
Loss of worlds or databases
Loss of revenue
Loss of players
Service interruption
Downtime
Third-party provider issues
User misconfiguration
Plugin or mod issues
Security incidents caused by user actions
Suspension or termination caused by Terms violations
Where liability cannot be excluded, our total liability is limited to the amount paid by you for the affected service during the current billing period.
26. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless GameShieldZone from claims, damages, losses, costs, liabilities, or expenses caused by:
Your use of our services
Your hosted content
Your violation of these Terms
Your illegal or abusive activity
Your infringement of third-party rights
Your users, players, plugins, mods, scripts, or configurations
Your failure to secure your account or server
27. Force majeure
We are not responsible for failure or delay caused by events outside our reasonable control.
This may include natural disasters, war, riots, terrorism, government actions, power failures, internet failures, provider outages, cyberattacks, DDoS attacks, hardware failures, software vulnerabilities, labor disputes, or other events beyond our control.
28. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms at any time.
The updated version will be published on our website with a new “Last updated” date.
Your continued use of GameShieldZone after changes are published means that you accept the updated Terms.
If you do not agree with the updated Terms, you must stop using our services.
29. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Romania and applicable European Union laws.
Any dispute should first be attempted to be resolved by contacting our support team.
If the dispute cannot be resolved amicably, it may be handled by the competent courts or authorities according to Romanian law.
30. Acceptance of these Terms
By using GameShieldZone, creating an account, ordering a service, using a free server, using a premium server, or accessing the client dashboard, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms of Service.
